You are going to go through the Terms and Conditions of using Oman Visit service through our online portal www.Omanvisit.org. We have all the right the change the terms and condition on our website at any point of time without prior obligation of informing each and every clients personally through their mail, call, message and any other medium. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will only be considered if they are provided in writing by one of our travel consultants on an official signed and stamped Company letterhead.

The company is liable for any incorrect data provided by the end users, we will limited to our self in processing the application without changing the original content. The Organization will process an application in accordance with the requirements and demands of the customer and is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the applicant. We promote the best accommodations and travel options for our clients when they book trips to the Oman. The Company will make every effort to make your trip pleasant and hassle-free.

Should the Company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the Company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement package or refund of all fees paid and the Company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to: lost profits/income, lost airfares.

Tour Packages:

The service will begin at the specified location, which will be disclosed as soon as the tour package reservation is confirmed. (if airport transfer included) at the designated airport area, our driver (Agent) will be waiting for the tourist with a name sign that will have the name of the traveller written on it. If there is a group of passengers, the name of the lead passenger will be written on the name sign. It is the responsibility traveller to approach the driver and avail the service. The tourist will be regarded as a "No Show" if they are unable to approach the greeter. Additionally, in the event of "No Show," we are unable to issue a refund.

The costs of each tour package are listed on our website, omanvisit.org, utilising standard pricing. If there is a lot of demand or during the tourism season, the prices may change. When that happens, our staff will let you know. To reserve the package, you might need to make an additional payment or adjust your travel dates. Booking your tour package in the amount you have paid will be our top priority.

After the confirmation of the service, if the travel date or time or both has been changed or flight/flight number has been changed, in such cases, it is the responsibility of the Customer to notify omanvisit.org. Anyhow, omanvisit.org shall not be liable if the consumer or booker is unable to share such information. If the passenger is unable to approach the driver, they will be regarded as a "No Show." Additionally, we are unable to provide a refund in the case of "No Show."

There is a chance to cancel the tour package booking if the service cancellation request is made before the service has been reserved and confirmed by omanvisit.org and the trip date is more than three days away. 25% of the service fee that has been paid will be withheld as cancellation fees, with the remaining amount being returned within three to four working days.

No refund will be given if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service time.

Changes to the service can be made up to 72hours before the scheduled service time, however there may be additional fees. Less than 72 hours notice will result in a "No Show" and no amendments will be permitted.

Service denied for any reason, including no-shows, will be completely charged; no refunds will be issued.

In the event that goods or luggage within the car or at any location has been lost. The client and the driver of the car should communicate with each other to retrieve the good’s/luggage. Omanvisit.org disclaims all liability for losses.

The consumer or booker should get in touch with our team if they need to make any changes or additional requests to their reservation.

Account Cancellation and Termination:

Our refund will depend on the stage at which you have cancelled the services with www.Omanvisit.org. If you cancel the service you may be entitled to a refund basis condition, if the application is still not processed further to the issuing department. If your documents and other supporting documents were received by www.Omanvisit.org and have already been submitted by www.Omanvisit.org for processing at the time of cancelation you will not receive any refund; however, if the submission has not been made at the time of cancelation you will receive a partial refund equal to the difference of any fees paid, return shipping charges, and a processing charge.


www.Omanvisit.org reserves the right to cancel payments or orders prior to the commencement of the delivery, without stating any reasons for the same. Cancellation of Order will levy a payment gateway transfer charge of USD 50 per application.


If your application is rejected by the Oman Embassy we are unable to provide a refund and you will have to apply directly to the Oman Embassy for a tourist / business visa which will involve additional charges. You may receive refunds in cases where we are unable to provide you with the service as stated in the contract

Availability and Pricing:
  • Every applicant is responsible for conforming with and fulfilling any requirements stated by the Oman Government.


  • www.Omanvisit.org will not accept responsibility if an applicant is not eligible for the services requested, for incorrect/incomplete information provided by the applicant, for failure to provide supporting documents as and when required, or for any similar errors in relation to a Visa application.

    • Some activities include cancellation fees that are not refundable. We won't be able to cancel or change the dates for those activities.

  • Our organisation,shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the activity.


  • The pricing or services in this website are in keeping with the current standards for a given service. No reforms will be made on the pricing as stated on this website on the behest of an applicant.

  • If there should be a change in the pricing of a given service requested by an applicant, and it has already been dispatched by www.Omanvisit.org, the original price at the time of placing the order will apply.

  • For refundable activity bookings, there is a chance to cancel the activity booking and the service cancellation request is made before the slot has been reserved and confirmed by omanvisit.org and the trip date is more than three days away. The service fee that has been paid will be withheld as cancellation fees, with the remaining amount being returned within three to four working days.

  • Our team will share details on the time slot on which your activity has been scheduled once your activity booking has been confirmed. You must ensure that you will arrive at the location during the time slot that has been reserved for you. If there is a delay, it will be regarded as a "No-show," and we won't be liable if you were unable to use the service.

  • We won't be liable in situations like maintenance, non-availability of a performance or event, or activity closure for any reason, and there are no reimbursements for services that haven't been fully used. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of use, please do not access or use this site.

LIMITS ON USE & SECURITY

www.Omanvisit.org will not accept responsibility if an applicant is not eligible for the services requested, for incorrect/incomplete information provided by the applicant, for failure to provide supporting documents as and when required.

We reserve the right from time to time to: (a) alter and/or introduce new and/or additional security measures without notice; (b) temporarily withdraw and/or limit the availability of this site to any individual(s); and (c) do anything else that we believe necessary to preserve the security and integrity of this site and the information held in this site's databases.
